Data controller and scope
The operator of this web service acts as data controller for personal data it processes by determining the purposes and means of processing. The scope of data depends on the feature used and any information voluntarily provided by the user.
Categories of personal data
Technical transaction records, session/security identifiers and Instagram links submitted to the service may be processed. If a user submits feedback, name, email, rating and comment information may also be processed; an Instagram password is not requested.
Purposes of processing
Data is processed only as needed to perform the requested media operation, protect service security, prevent abuse, investigate technical issues, measure performance and manage feedback explicitly submitted by users.
Legal grounds and transfers
Processing may rely on grounds provided by KVKK, including performance of a service, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent where required. Data may be technically shared with relevant providers when resolving Instagram content or using enabled third-party services.
Retention and security
Personal data is retained only for the period required by the processing purpose or applicable law. Temporary media files are not kept as a permanent archive; access controls, session security and technical restrictions are used to support data protection.
Your rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may have rights to learn whether your data is processed, request information, seek correction or deletion, request notification to recipients and exercise other rights provided by law. Requests should be sent through a valid contact channel announced by the site operator with information sufficient for identity verification.
