Permitted use
Use the service only for content you are authorized to access and use. Downloads, copying, publication or commercial use that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights remain the user’s responsibility.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to bypass access controls, access private accounts without authorization, automate abusive traffic, overload the system, disable security controls or process content for unlawful purposes.
Service availability
Instagram’s technical structure, access policies and third-party services can change, so no specific item is guaranteed to remain resolvable or downloadable. Features may be changed or temporarily suspended for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
User responsibility
You are responsible for how downloaded media is stored, shared or reused. The ability to download an item does not grant a license or other right to reuse that content.
Third-party relationship
The service is not an official Instagram or Meta product. Third-party platform terms and policies continue to apply independently, and users are responsible for complying with them.
